I found a small cat outside not too long ago and im assuming someone dumped him. He was trying to get inside my door when I seen him outside, he was jumping and clawing at my door which led me to believe he was scared of the outside. He has on nail clips which also led me to believing he’s an inside cat that got lost or someone didn’t want anymore. I unfortunately cannot keep him nor know how to take care of him.
