Approximately 30 lb, black with white chest, blue eyes – abandonment issues – appears to have been dropped off in our neighborhood. Has marks from what appears to be a harness that was left on too long, but those are healing. I bathed him. He’s a snuggle bug, seems to be house trained. Seems eager to learn, but is not kennel trained.
