Small dog was in real bad shape. someone dropped her off down my country road. she was matted from head to toe. I had to trap her in a live trap because she was so scared. it took me a week to get her. I took her to the vet and groomer. She did not have a chip. she looks like a whole different dog after groomer. I cannot keep her because I have 4 big dogs. please help.
