PLEASE CLAIM THIS DOG or HELP FIND HER A NEW HOME
This very sweet female Siberian Husky was found on Saturday AM, May 2nd, running down the 11th St. median near Ella in Timbergrove. No tag, only a way too tight choke collar. Came running up to me as soon as I called her.

Guessing she’s 3-5 yrs old. Very smart, friendly and affectionate. Weighs maybe 50lbs. Appears very healthy and cared for. She is microchipped, but it’s registered w/ a Vet clinic on North Fwy. The clinic does have an owner on file, but they have not returned messages over the last 4 days. Her last visit there was in 2023. They state she was not spayed by them, and there is no tatoo marking suggesting she has been. It does not appear that she has ever been pregnant.

I am not in a position to keep this sweet girl. BARC and the SPCA on Old Katy Rd have no surrender appointments in May, but I really don’t want to leave her there because I’m finding out that their euthanasia rate is so very high.

Can anyone please foster her, or possibly know of someone looking for a family pet? She would be great with kids!
