A pit bull was dumped in our section of the neighborhood. Our mail carrier witnessed 2 Hispanic males in an explorer dumping the dog. It’s not aggressive, it’s very docile and skittish. Our mail carrier occasionally gives it snacks, neighbors will feed it here and there. It will typically stay in the same area, as if waiting for its dumpers to return :-(. I have posted on neighborhood page and have gotten responses of people seeing dog and how docile he is and how defeated he looks. I’ve also posted on lost dogs of Kingwood/humble/Atascocita area. No luck or hits.
